The common sense is that the longer the cooling tunnel gets, the longer the cooling process becomes, which means longer cooling tunnel provides more effective cooling.
However the truth for many factories is that both vertical and horizontal spaces are quite limited and factory owners are not looking to buy high hp air chillers to tremendously increase energy consumption. Therefore, we designed U-turn cooling tunnel to overcome space and energy problem.
